All Veggie Burger
I was amazed at the flavour of these burgers… and to make something like this without salt was even more of a treat! These burgers are such a winner for so many reasons. They are made almost entirely from vegetables alone PLUS, they have no oil, salt, soy, nuts, seeds, refined sugar, gluten, animal product or legumes. The SECRET is the hamburger seasoning that my friend Cherie from the Redcliffe markets has made, especially for me! Hit me up if you’d like to order some, the flavours are UNREAL!
To complete this recipe, you’ll first need to make a huge batch of Veggie Mince. This is well worth your time because it will make up to 10 portions of mince that you can also use for recipes like zucchini bolognese, mince and three veg, pizza toppers - it’s so versatile! It keeps really well in the freezer too for those days you just don’t have the bandwidth to make anything! You may also want to make the Peri Peri Pumpkin Mayo or the Buffalo Glaze to add on top of your burger for extra creaminess and spice! Load these burgers up with any additional salad veggies you enjoy, such as alfalfa sprouts, pineapple, grated carrot, cucumber or cabbage!
If you’ve ever wanted to eat more plant based but get hooked into the Veef or Beyond burger patties (which are loaded with nasties), try this recipe instead. It is FAR cleaner, JUST as tasty, NO FAT, and you can eat MULTIPLE OF THEM because they’re so good for you! Plus, you won’t end up with a headache or “fat-over” afterwards!
